Since 2016, we have commenced to fabricate novel models of the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory wound dressing patches along with natural polymers/chemical compounds. In this regard, we published four articles and fabricated several prototypes for wound healing application. The following brief information has been provided for a better presentation.
Kamyar Khoshnevisan received his Ph.D. in Nanomedicine from Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran in 2020. He is currently worked on nanomaterials and nanofibers as the novel tools for antimicrobial, antioxidant anti-inflammatory applications exclusively for wound dressing patches.
Hadi Baharifar is currently an Assistant Professor in nanomedicine at Department of medical nanotechnology, Applied Biophotonics Research Center, Science and Research Branch, Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran. His current research is focused on nano particles mediated protein delivery systems intended to medical applications.
Nazanin khoshnevisan received her master in business administration with a bachelor in IT engineering. She is currently work as business development consultant and financial advisor helping many startups to establish business models, write business plans and study feasibility plans in terms of financing
Sayed Mahmoud Sajjadi-Jazi obtained his MD from Isfahan University of Medical Sciences (IUMS) in 2010. He completed his internal medicine residency and endocrinology fellowship at Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) in 2014 and 2017 respectively. He is now assistant professor of endocrinology, at Shariatee Hospital, TUMS, Tehran, Iran. He works with Endocrinology and Metabolism Research Institute (EMRI), at TUMS since 2015. He is investigating mostly in clinical studies in the field of Endocrinology and also involved in designing, planning, implementing and monitoring of several research projects in this field.
Farshad Sharifi is currently vice president and assistance professor at elderly health research center, Tehran University of Medical Sciences. He obtained MD, and PhD of geriatric epidemiology from Tehran University of Medical Science
Hassan Maleki received his Ph.D. in nanomedicine from Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS, Iran) in 2020. Then, he joined nano drug delivery research center at Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences. His scientific interests include the application of nanofibers in infection diseases, nanomaterials in drug delivery systems and other related nanomaterials for medical applications.
